Water is a vital nutritional and longevity tool ! Its basic in our nutrition and should be consumed during all daytime .

The essential amount of water you have to  dring each and every day is at least 2 litres .

The myth about water that is busted is that drinking water during meals is not prohibited and the worst it can happen is a longer  digestion time..

So drink more water . . .
