1.      Choose all bran instead of white refined carbohydrates ( white bread ,pasta)which lead to  sharp rise of your glucose in blood and then in steep reduce that will cause a very fast hunger sentiment. Choose all bran products which slow the whole process.

2.       Non fat meat instead of high protein such as fish or low fat meat lead to slow digestion and fat burning

3.       Small and consecutive meals instead of dieting. In this way you avoid rising of cortisol which leads to fat storage

  1. good Weight loss diet. It will help along with weight loss diet you should also keep in mind that have that food with have lot of protein but not fat like soya.
