  1. Really? so how many times do we need to have sex? ^_^. i heard that its effective because it burns a lot of calories but how many times we really need to have sex?

  2. It is indeed that sex is one of the best remedies to lose weight. Having sex everyday will surely help us to become fit and more active. Sex with our partners burns lot of calories just like when you are having an exercise in the field. Having 3 to 5 hours of sex is just enough to burn fat at the same time boosting your energy and giving you the extra strength that your body needs.
