Muscle building through weight lifting and weight training will eventually turn you to a fat burning machine. Muscles work alone burning fat  and boosting your metabolism just by  sitting there .

2.       Non fat meat instead of high protein such as fish or low fat meat lead to slow digestion and fat burning

3.       Small and consecutive meals instead of dieting. In this way you avoid rising of cortisol which leads to fat storage

Hey ! Eating with friends is really cool. You chat you tell jokes and generally you have a good time right ?  Wrong ….

Having a good time with your friends  eating out Is proven to force you eat +35% more than you would regularly eat  alone . .

Watching TV is  really a great pastime and having a full plater of  goodies in front of you is  a must .

Eating in front of TV you consume  a record breaking +71% more calories than eating alone !

You would say that avoiding your friends will make you unsociable and eventually you will result alone . This is not what we mean , you can do many things with your friends to have fun .. Not just eating . Go to cinema or do paragliding or something..

As For TV? Eat in the dining room and then watch your favorite series .. You want to be obese or something ? then avoid TV eating

Conclusion ?  Eat alone – stay slim ….
